The Candidate Challenge
Postman charged Ryan with finding a Director of Customer Success with a technology background who could communicate effectively with its developer audience. Additionally, Postman indicated the ideal candidate would have experience in building a department from the ground up. This person needed to understand the space, the market, the developers, and be a leader! Sound like finding a unicorn? Not to IQTalent Partners’ Ryan. He embraced the challenge and found eight excellent candidates within two weeks.

Upon gauging the interest of the candidates and their fit within the Postman culture, Ryan worked directly with Postman’s Recruitment Manager to evaluate the final candidates. Two weeks later, the Director of Customer Success role was filled in record time!
